WHAT IS THE STANDARD ROSTER?

You will be flying approximately 600 hours per year, with a flexible roster dependant on the suitability of the candidate.

WHAT BASES ARE AVAILABLE?

Huesca Airport, Spain.

WHAT ARE THE STAGES OF THE SCREENING?


  • Initial telephone interview with myself as HR assistant.
  • Skype/Telephone interview with the HoT.
  • Formal interview on site in Huesca with a panel including our HoT, CFI or Standards Manager. A check ride will also be completed, either in the simulator or in the relevant aircraft.

  • WHAT IS THE SALARY ON OFFER?

    Salary starting is between €26,400 - €41,700 based on your current instructor hours. However, you will have the potential to earn a more lucrative package between €49,000-€59,000 dependant on instructing hours completed. This also includes performance related bonuses.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR SEP

    • Minimum of 200 hours instructional
    • Current EASA Commercial Pilot License
    • Class 1 medical certificate
    • Experience on UK flying training methodology or UK CAA FI rating
    • Preferred experience on Diamond DA40 and/or Garmin 1000
    • Preferred Instrument Rating
    • Preferred Night Rating
    • Ability to work well in a highly structured environment
    • Team oriented
    • Result oriented
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
    • Experience on UK flying training methodology
