Salary packages based on experience starting from 500 hours (happy to engage with candidates who have less than 500 hours)

Core duties not limited to:

  • Uphold flight safety in every aspect of training and encourage a 'just culture' amongst colleagues and trainees.
  • Conduct each training event in accordance with the approved syllabus, and in compliance with the published schedule/programme.
  • Ensure each cadet is properly briefed and prepared for each training event and conduct a debrief after completion of the event.
  • Instruct students in practical and simulator training adhering to the applicable Training and Safety Standards and to academy standards.
  • Monitor, plan and assist students to enable satisfactory progress through the course and stay within established timelines.
  • Timely and pro-active reporting and action to prevent delays and unsatisfactory progress.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate completion of all student and flight related administration and records including planning for examinations.
  • Teaching by example by behaving as an exemplary role model to students promoting professional, disciplined and safe behaviour.
  • Monitor technical and internal status and cleanliness of all the aircraft concerned and report discrepancies to the responsible people.

  • Flexibility to adapt learning/teaching styles and to differentiate between cadets

  • Ability to deal comfortably with various cultures


  • Minimum EASA SEP or MEP * Desirable IRI
  • Instructional Flight Hours: - 100hrs
  • Class 1 medical
  • Minimum ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 *desired 6
