Latvian airline A/S Air Baltic Corporation (airBaltic) was founded in 1995.

Currently, airBaltic operates direct flights out of all capitals of the Baltic States – Riga (Latvia), Vilnius (Lithuania) and Tallinn (Estonia).
airBaltic offers convenient connections via North Hub Riga to its network spanning Europe, Scandinavia, Russia, CIS and the Middle East.
The airBaltic Group employs around 1500 people, the majority of whom are directly involved in flight operations.
The airBaltic fleet currently consists of 4 types of aircraft - 14 Airbus A220-300, 2 Boeing 737 - 500, 6 Boeing 737–300 and 12 Bombardier Q400 NextGen, in total – 34 aircraft.
